Solutions:
Option 1: Use a Separate Profile for Your SFBU Email
- Open Google Chrome.
- Create a separate profile specifically for your SFBU email account.
- Access Canvas from this profile to avoid conflicts with your personal Gmail account.
Option 2: Sign in to Your SFBU Email First
- Log out of your personal Gmail account.
- Sign in to your SFBU email account.
- Access Canvas and select your SFBU email for authentication.
Option 3: Use Incognito Mode in Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome.
- Launch an incognito window (this prevents Google from automatically signing you in with your personal Gmail).
- Access Canvas and log in using your SFBU email.
