SFBU ID card replacement

Purpose

If you’ve lost your student ID card, you can easily request a replacement through the SFBU Student Portal. Follow the steps below to submit your request and pay the replacement fee.

Instructions

Step 1: Access the Student Portal

Log in to your SFBU student email account.
Visit the SFBU Student Portal.
Select your SFBU student email to log in via Single Sign-On (SSO).

Step 2: Submit a Replacement Request

From the Student Portal homepage, go to the menu and navigate to:
Student Services > Lost Student ID Card.
Fill out the required information on the form.

Step 3: Pay the Replacement Fee

After submitting the form, you will be prompted to pay the ID card replacement fee.
Follow the instructions provided to complete your payment online.
