How to Turn On 2-step Verification for SFBU Email

Follow these steps to activate 2-step verification on your SFBU student email account:

1. Log in to SFBU Email

• Visit https://mail.google.com/a/student.sfbu.edu to log into your SFBU email account.
• After entering your password, you will see a prompt to enable 2-step verification. Click the "ENROLL" button to proceed.

2. Enter Your Phone Number

• On the next screen, enter the phone number where you’d like to receive verification codes.

3. Verify Your Phone Number

• Google will send a verification code to the phone number you entered.
• Enter the verification code on the next screen to confirm your phone number.

4. Turn On 2-Step Verification

• After confirming the code, click the "TURN ON" button to enable 2-step verification.

5. Confirmation

• You will now see a confirmation message that 2-step verification is enabled. You can continue accessing your email as usual, but you’ll now be required to enter a verification code along with your password during sign-in for added security.
