Sharing Your Screen

1. How to Share

   • Click Share Screen in the meeting controls.
   • Choose from these sharing options:
     • Basic: Share your entire desktop, specific applications, whiteboard, or iPhone/iPad screen.
     • Advanced: Share a portion of the screen, computer audio, slides as a virtual background, or video content.
     • Files: Share a file from Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.
2. Additional Features:
   • Share sound: Share your computer’s audio.
   • Optimize for video: Check this if you are sharing a full-screen video clip to avoid blurriness.
   • Share to breakout rooms: Share your screen with all breakout rooms at once.

3. Notifications:

   • Zoom will notify you when participants can see your shared screen.
   • You can preview your shared screen and stop sharing at any time.

4. Dual Monitors:

   • For dual-monitor setups, you can view shared content on one screen and participants on the other.
